Returns and Refunds
As a sustainable brand, we practice a circular business model and want to encourage a more conscious shopping behaviour! Can you believe returns are the cause of over 15 million tonnes of carbon emission annually? Because of this, we do not accept any returns.
However, in the case that your purchased items are damaged when you receive them, we will proceed to replace your garments (and if this is not possible, you will be refunded) with no additional shipping costs.
You can also proceed to exchange your product if you have ordered the wrong size. This, of course, is only valid when we receive your ordered product in perfect condition.
